Class of 1999

A halfback with both power and speed, he was Tulsa�s leading rusher in 1947 with 661 yards on 125 carries, averaging 5.3 yards per carry. Also led the team in scoring with 61 points and kickoff returns with 270 yards on eight returns for a 33.8 average his senior season. He not only lettered in football four times, but also three times in basketball and once each in baseball and track.
