The Golden Hurricane Club, as the primary fundraising arm of TU Athletics, works to provide every TU student-athlete with the opportunity to realize a world-class athletic and academic experience.


Class of 2000 A versatile quarterback who completed his career ranked among the school's top-10 for total offense with 5,450 yards. Rushed for 2,096 yards, passed for 3,354 yards, scored 182 points and 30 touchdowns, and threw for 19 TDs. Was named the 1985 United Press International Offensive Player of the Year in the Missouri Valley Conference, the same year he won first-team all-conference merits. Teamed with running back Gordon Brown to set an NCAA record for each gaining over 200 yards in a single game with 206 yards vs. Wichita State in 1985. Completed the 1985 season second in the nation in scoring with 102 points. Was named the MVC Newcomer of the Year in 1983.
