Was the second Tulsa golfer to earn first-team All-America merits, earning the honor in 1978. Was a member of three Tulsa teams that made it to the AIAW Championship with the 1977 team placing second and the 1979 team finishing in third place. Finished in fourth place individually at the 1978 AIAW national event. Was Tulsa's top finisher in seven of nine tournaments in 1977 and had three top finishes in 1979. Her best career finish was first place at the Texas A&M Women's Invitational in the 1978-79 season. Was named Golf Digest's Ms. Golf in 1976.
