Class of 1999 Was an outstanding pass rusher whose speed and quickness overwhelmed the opposition, making him one of Tulsa’s greatest defensive linemen of all-time. Moved from offensive line to defensive end after his sophomore season. Was named Lineman of the Week by the Associated Press for a 22-tackle performance in an upset victory over 10th-ranked Houston in 1968. Went on to play with the Cleveland Browns and Miami Dolphins. Was a member of the 1972 Miami Dolphins Super Bowl team. |
