Class of 1986

Was an outstanding two-way player who was a great triple-threat back for the Hurricane. He led Tulsa in scoring (59 points), rushing (290 yards), passing (557 yards), punting (25 for 908 yards) and punt returns (15 for 154 yards) in the 1943 season. Had punt returns of 88 and 93 yards in the 1946 season. Earned All-Missouri Valley Conference honors in 1946.
