Class of 2007 David Moss played on some of the great teams in Tulsa basketball history in the 1980's. He was a 1985-86 second-team all-MVC selection and earned first-team accolades a year later in 1986-87. He averaged 17.8 points as a senior and averaged 14.7 points as a junior. Moss had 1,391 career points and 581 career rebounds, and also ended his career with 227 career assists and 129 career steals. A gifted scorer, Moss shot 47-percent from the field, 41-percent from 3-point range and 86-percent from the free throw line during his career. He had 69 career double figure games along with eight career double-figure rebounding games. He completed his career ranked 14th on TU's all-time rebounding list. Moss was the 12th player in school history to reach the 500-point mark in a single season. |
