Schnea Nealy Position: Dir. of Student Development/Athletics

Schnea Nealy came to The University of Tulsa in June 2001. Currently, she serves as the Director of Student Development for Athletics. Nealy's responsibilities include coordinating community outreach activities, arranging speakers for personal development workshops and assisting student-athletes in career placement opportunities. She also serves as the advisor for the Student-Athlete Advisory Board. Before that, she was employed at the Metropolitan Tulsa Urban League where she was a youth program advisor. She also served as a Human Resources training analyst at Sabre, Inc.

Previously, Nealy worked as financial advisor assistant for Morgan Stanly Dean Witter. She also worked as a graduate assistant in the Records Office and Center for Student Academic Support at The University of Tulsa.

A native of St. Louis, Missouri, she earned her bachelor's degree in Mass Communications in 1997 and a master's degree in Industrial/Organization Psychology in 2000, both from The University of Tulsa.
