Nadine Neilly became an assistant athletic trainer at The University of Tulsa in September 2009. Before coming to Tulsa, Neilly was a graduate athletic trainer for UNLV for three years and served as a student assistant at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. She also worked with the Physical Rehab Center in Mt. Vernon, Illinois, as well as with the Evansville Vipers, a semi-pro football team in Indiana. Neilly earned her bachelor's degree from SIU-Carbondale in 2006 and her master's degree from UNLV in 2009. Neilly is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association.
