Shawn Pfannenstiel Position: Dir. of Athletic Business/Ticket Ops.

Shawn Pfannenstiel came to The University of Tulsa as the Director of Ticket Operations in June 1995. He currently serves as the Director of Athletic Business and Ticket Operations.

Before coming to Tulsa, Pfannenstiel was the operations manager for the Wichita Baseball, Inc, for five years, where he was responsible for the budget, all business activity and coordinated all ticket activity.

Previously, he was the box office manager for the Wichita Hockey, Inc. and the Wichita Wings Soccer Club for four seasons.

Pfannenstiel earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Fort Hays State in 1990.
