Crista Troester Position: Senior Assoc. AD/Senior Woman Admin

Crista Troester, who is the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Senior Woman's Administrator, came to Tulsa as the associate athletics director and senor woman administrator in 1997.

Before coming to Tulsa, Troester spent six years as assistant athletics director for student-athlete services and senior woman administrator at Central Missouri State University. She was involved in most every aspect of an NCAA Division II athletic program.

At Tulsa, Troester's responsibilities include supervision of Tulsa's olympic sports, overseeing the Life Skills program, overseeing student-athlete academic services, monitoring Title IX issues, NCAA Division I certification and the dealer car program.

Before her stint at CMSU, Troester worked in a management position at Ameribanc. Prior to that, Troester served as a graduate assistant basketball coach at Central Missouri. She played basketball for two seasons at Central Missouri following a two-year stint at Oklahoma State.

Troester serves on the NCAA Division I Women's Rowing Committee and the NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Issues Committee.

A native of St. Joseph, Missouri, Troester earned her bachelor's degree in business administration in 1986 and a master's of business administration in 1988, both from Central Missouri State.
