1. Initial organization date: 1955. The Lettermen's Association, as it exists today, was reorganized and began operations in the early 1960ís.

2. Date and state of Incorporation: September 30, 1991, State of Oklahoma.

3. Effective January 1, 2000, The University of Tulsa Lettermen's Association merged with and became part of The University of Tulsa.

4. Total number of former athletes in our data base: Approximately 3,400.

5. Total current mailing addresses: Approximately 1,900.

6. Annual membership dues: $25.00

7. Lifetime Membership Dues: $500.00.

8. Total active current dues paying members: Approximately 550 (Including over 70 Lifetime Members.)

9. Annual Budget: $50,000 - $60,000.

10. Projected direct annual support to TU Athletics and our student athletes: $30,000. (A significant portion of our current income is being earmarked toward a Lettermen's Association Endowment Fund for the future benefit of TU Athletics and our student athletes.)

11. Number of directors: 25 board members.

12. Monthly board meetings are held the 4th Wednesday of each month except November and December which are the 2nd Wednesday each month.

13. Annual Meeting: The 4th Wednesday of May.

14. Officers include: President, Vice-presidents, Treasurer, Secretary and President Elect.

15. Each year we sponsor three major events:

April - Annual All Sports Banquet, held in the Donald W. Reynolds Center.

October - Annual Lettermen's Association Golf Tournament, Friday, before Homecoming Week-end at Mohawk Golf Course.
