Since the opening of the Donald W. Reynolds Center in 1998, Tulsa�s athletic facilities have undergone a major facelift. New facilities include the Michael D. Case Tennis Center, the Collins Family Softball Complex, the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium, the J. Bird Sr. Shell Nest, the Jack Zink Indoor Rowing Center, the Case Athletic Complex and major renovation to H.A. Chapman Stadium.

TU is 75th among national doctoral universities in U. S. News & World Report's 2012 edition of America's Best Colleges. TU's 2011 freshman class had a mean cumulative grade point average of 3.8, and 74 percent graduated in the top 10 percent of their high school classes. Their average ACT was 28.

2011-12: (Indoor) Placed second at the Conference USA Championship in both the mile (4:09.78) and the 3,000m run (8:12.93) . . . a two-time member of the all-C-USA Second Team . . . finished third in the 1,000m at the KSU Invitational with the second-fastest time in school history of 2:26.04 . . . won the mile at the Arkansas Last Chance in 3:01.98 . . . season-best mark in the 3,000m came at the Tyson Invitational, where he finished sixth in 8:00.29 . . . (Outdoor) Ran the 800m twice, finishing second both times with marks of 1:51.50 (Arkansas Spring Invitational) and 1:55.77 (John Jacobs Invitational) . . . placed fifth in the 4x400m at the John Jacobs Invitational in 3:26.66, and finished eighth in the 1,500m at the Arkansas Twilight in 3:47.52.

Prior to TU: Competed at the University of Oxford before transferring to Tulsa . . . finished second at the UK U23 Championships in the 1,500m . . . ran personal bests of 1:53 in the 800m, 3:46 in the 1,500m and 8:15 in the 3,000m.
