2011-12: (Indoor) Saw action in five meets . . . finished fifth in the Distance Medley Relay (11:47.79, fifth-best in school history) and sixth in the mile run (fifth-fastest time in school history of 4:57.53) at the Conference USA Championship . . . placed second in the mile at the KSU Invitational in 5:06.31 . . . finished third in the mile at the Tyson Invitational (4:59.71) . . . placed third in the 1,000m at the J.D. Martin Invitational with a mark of 2:58.03 . . . (Outdoor) Did not compete.

2010-11: (Indoor) Competed at both the Conference USA Championship and the Fazoli/Baymont Invitational . . . ran career-best times in both the Mile (5:04.40) and the 5,000m (18:19.96) at the C-USA Championship . . . (Outdoor) Participated in five meets . . . finished eighth in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the Conference USA Championship, running the third-fastest time in school history of 10:52.39 . . . also placed third in the same event at the John McDonnell Invitational . . . ran a personal-best of 4:38.95 in the 1,500m at the John Jacobs Invitational, finishing third in the race.

2009-10: (Indoor) Competed in five events . . . finished sixth in the mile at the Wichita State Invitational . . . finished eighth in the mile at the Sooner Open and in the 3,000 meters at the Razorback Invitational . . . (Outdoor) Ran the 1,500 meters in four meets . . . had a season-best finish of fourth at the John McDonnell Invitational . . . ran a career-best 4:45.00 at the Tulsa Duels.

High School: Was a four-year letterwinner in track and cross country at Branson High School . . . was a four-time all-state cross country performer . . . a six-time all-state track selection . . . earned Class 3A all-state honors in the 800m as a junior . . . was an all-state selection in the 3,200m as a sophomore and junior . . . was an all-state runner in the 1,600m as a freshman, sophomore and junior . . . set personal-bests of 18:45 in the 5K (cross country), 2:16 in the 800m, 5:07 in the 1,600m and 11:07 in the 3,200m.
