Since the opening of the Donald W. Reynolds Center in 1998, Tulsa�s athletic facilities have undergone a major facelift. New facilities include the Michael D. Case Tennis Center, the Collins Family Softball Complex, the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium, the J. Bird Sr. Shell Nest, the Jack Zink Indoor Rowing Center, the Case Athletic Complex and major renovation to H.A. Chapman Stadium.

TU is 75th among national doctoral universities in U. S. News & World Report's 2012 edition of America's Best Colleges. TU's 2011 freshman class had a mean cumulative grade point average of 3.8, and 74 percent graduated in the top 10 percent of their high school classes. Their average ACT was 28.

Martin Invitational . . . also placed 17th in the 200m in 24.13 . . . finished 11th in the 300m at the KSU Invitational in 37.17 . . . (Outdoor) Was part of the 4x100m relay team that finished eighth at the Conference USA Championship in 43.86 . . . also placed third in the event in a season-best mark of 43.48 at the John Jacobs Invitational . . . 4x400m relay team was fourth at the Tulsa Duels in 3:25.64 . . . ran the 100m Hurdles three times, posting a season-best time of 15.43 in a ninth-place effort at the Track-It Buster Invitational.

High School: Lettered all four years in track and field at Dripping Springs HS . . . left Dripping Springs with the school records in the 110m Hurdles, the 300m and the 4x400m . . . also left with the school record for points scored in a season and a career . . . qualified for the 4A State Championship four times as an individual . . . earned five gold medals at one meet . . . won two Region IV Championships . . . high school coach was Bill Greene.
