Four Track and Field Athletes Set Personal-Bests in 400-Meter Hurdles

AUSTIN, Texas - The University of Tulsa track and field team completed the first day of the Texas Relays with four personal-best times in the men and women 400-meter hurdles on Thursday at Mike A. Myers Stadium.
The Golden Hurricane continues the Texas Relays with freshman Otugo Ananaba and sophomore Bryce Robinson competing in the 100-meter dash on the men's side, while freshman Lauren Thomas competing in the 100-meter dash on the women's side. The 100-meter dash preliminary round is scheduled for 9:35 a.m. on Friday and the final round is scheduled for 3:05 p.m. on Saturday.
On the men's side, the Golden Hurricane is also running in the 4x200-meter relay and in the 4x400-meter relay. The 4x200-meter relay is scheduled for noon on Saturday. The 4x400-meter relay preliminary round is scheduled for 9:35 a.m. on Friday and the final round is scheduled for 4:15 p.m. on Saturday.
On the women's side, the Golden Hurricane is also competing in the 4x400-meter relay and in the 1,600 sprint medley. The 4x400-meter relay preliminary round is scheduled for 9:35 a.m. on Friday, while the final round is scheduled for 4:15 p.m. on Saturday. The 1,600 sprint medley is scheduled for 5:20 p.m. on Friday.
