JUNIOR (2010): Competed in four events and led Tulsa to the Conference USA Championship title . . . led the Golden Hurricane at the conference championship with a fourth-place finish and a personal-best 8K time of 23:44 . . . finished 22nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a personal-best 10K of 30:23.33 . . . earned spots on both the all-C-USA First Team and the All-Midwest Region Team . . . was the top runner for TU in the final two events, finished second at the Notre Dame Invitational and was fourth on the team at Pre-Nationals . . . was also named Tulsa Student-Athlete of the Week Nov. 1.

REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2009): Competed in three events and made the Conference USA Second Team . . . had a season-best 10th-place finish at the C-USA Championship with a career-best 8K time of 25:10 . . . placed 43rd at the NCAA Midwest Regional and also ran at Pre-Nationals.

SOPHOMORE (2008): Took a redshirt year for Tulsa.

PREVIOUS COLLEGE (Oklahoma Baptist University, 2007): Earned one letter in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track at Oklahoma Baptist University . . . posted a personal best in the 800m with a time of 1:50.3 at the York University Twilight Meet in 2007 . . . ran a personal-best time of 3:44.8 in the 1500m at the Western University Twilight Meet in 2007 . . . ran the 8k in 24:51 at the 2007 NAIA Cross Country Regionals.

HIGH SCHOOL Prepped at Heart Lake Secondary . . . posted a personal-best time of 50.31 in the 400m . . . made the Canadian Junior team two times . . . won the Canadian Junior Nationals.
