Personal Bests Tulsa: A two-time letterwinner . . . named first-team all-Conference USA in 2008 . . . earned all-Midwest Region honors in 2008 . . . an All-C-USA Second Team selection in 2007. 2008: (Cross Country) Participated in five meets . . . finished seventh at the Conference USA Championships with a time of 24:28 in the 8K course . . . named first-team all-C-USA . . . an all-Midwest Region selection after turning in an 18th-place finish with a time of 31:40 . . . was TU's third-finisher at the NCAA Championships with a time of 30:57, placing 103rd overall . . . finished 41st at Pre-Nationals in 24:20. 2007: (Cross Country) Participated in six meets . . . was TU's third-finisher with a time of 31.37 at the NCAA Championships. . . finished 22nd with a personal-record time of 30:46 in the 10K at the NCAA Midwest Regional . . . earned second-team all-C-USA honors after placing eighth with a time of 25:43 . . . ran a personal-best in the 8K at Pre-Nationals with a time of 24:11 . . . finished 17th at the Cowboy Jamboree with a time of 24:43. Prior to Tulsa: Was named Great Britain Junior International and England Junior International while at Northumbria University . . . was an English Schools bronze medalist in the 3,000m in high school . . . was the North of England U17 1,500m and cross country champion.
