TULSA, Okla. - The Tulsa men's cross country team was ranked No. 7 in the final 2012 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division I Men's Cross Country National Coaches' Poll.

The No. 7 national ranking is the highest in school history for the Golden Hurricane men's squad. TU finished seventh at the NCAA Championships last week in Louisville, Ky. Tulsa's previous peak was ninth in the USTFCCCA Coaches' Poll earlier this season.
