BUDAPEST, Hungary - - Tulsa senior Andrew Heyes, in his first international competition running for Great Britain, finished 16th in the U23 division at the 2012 Spar European Cross Country Championships on Sunday.

Heyes completed the snowy 10K course in 25:12 to aid Great Britain to a third-place finish. He was the second member of this squad to cross the line, trailing only James Wilkinson, who claimed third clocking in at 24:43.

Henrick Ingebrigtsen of Norway won the race finishing in 24:30, while France was crowned the team champions.
