TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- Jerome Jordan scored 18 points and grabbed eight rebounds as Tulsa rolled to a 92-52 victory over North Carolina Central Tuesday.
Ben Uzoh added 15 points, seven rebounds and nine assists and Glenn Andrews had 13 points for the Golden Hurricane (3-1), who shot 59 percent from the field.
Tulsa scored on its first four possessions and jumped out to a 17-3 lead in the first 5:04 against the Eagles (0-4), who are in their second year as an NCAA Division I program.
The Golden Hurricane had a 46-27 halftime lead and increased their advantage steadily from there.
Phillip Branch led all scorers with 22 points and Vincent Davis had 18 for the Eagles, who shot 29 percent (17 of 58) and had 15 turnovers.
