Dec. 8, 2012
Tulsa, Oklahoma - Pat Swilling's free throw with 0:03 left on the game clock snapped a 49-49 tie and gave Tulsa a 50-49 victory over the TCU Horned Frogs in front of 4,856 fans at the Donald W. Reynolds Center Saturday afternoon.

"We found a way to get a win. We grinded it out. We played out of foul trouble. We turned the ball over way too many times. We still found a way to gut it out. That's something that, as a coaching staff, that we are proud of."
In the second half, TCU overcame its five-point deficit with a 9-0 run to start the second half for a 34-30 lead at the 15:13 mark. Scottie Haralson's three-pointer ended Tulsa's drought in the first 5:30 after the intermission and brought the Hurricane to within one point at 34-33.
