Tulsa, Okla. - The remaining student tickets for Saturday's Tulsa-Fresno State men's basketball games will be put on sale to the general public beginning Friday morning.

Fans can stop by the Donald W. Reynolds Center Ticket Office or call 631-GoTU (4688) to purchase tickets. on Friday from 8:30-5:30 p.m. Cost of the tickets are $13.00. Only a limited number of tickets remain for the contest.

The game will open the Western Athletic Conference season for the Golden Hurricane. Fresno State entered a Thursday road game at Rice with an 11-2 record. Last season, the Bulldogs defeated TU in both of the regular season match-up and again in the WAC Tournament championship game. All three Fresno State victories were by a combined six points.

In the WAC Preseason Media Poll, Fresno State was chosen as the favorite for the regular season crown by one point over the Hurricane. Tulsa received seven first place votes compared to Fresno State's four. However, the Bulldogs earned 162 total points edging TU's 161 points
