Memphis, Tenn. - The Tulsa men's' basketball team goes up against the nation's second-ranked Memphis Tigers in Conference USA action on Wednesday night at the FedEx Forum. Game time is scheduled for 7:05 pm and will be carried live nationally on CSTV.

Memphis (26-1, 12-0 C-USA) is coming off its first loss of the season, a four-point setback against Tennessee on Saturday night. Tulsa has won five straight contests, including four consecutive C-USA contests.

The Tigers captured a 56-41 victory in January against the Golden Hurricane as the nation's No. 1-ranked team. This is the 26th meeting in the series with Memphis holding a slight 13-12 series edge, but the Tigers have won the last five games.

Memphis is led by junior Chris Roberts-Douglas, who averages 17.8 points, and sensational freshman Derrick Rose, who has scored at a 14.1 clip and had dished off 4.3 assists.

Tulsa (15-10, 6-6 C-USA) has used a balanced attack this season, as sophomore Ben Uzoh leads the way with a 15.1 scoring average and is followed by freshman reserve Glenn Andrews' 10.5 points per game.

The Hurricane will return home on Saturday to host the Marshall Thundering Herd in a 7:05 pm contest. The high-flying trampoline acrobatic Team AcroDunk will perform at halftime. Fans can purchase tickets for Tulsa's return to the Donald W. Reynolds Center for as low as $10.00 online at www.tulsahurricane.com or calling 918-631-GoTU (4688).
