TULSA, Okla. - The University of Tulsa basketball team will be featured on television at least 10 times during the 2013-14 season, as announced with release of the Conference USA television schedule Wednesday.

The Golden Hurricane will play up to six games on the CBS Sports Network, three games on the Fox Sports networks, two on Comcast Sports Net and a contest on ESPNU.

"We're excited and looking forward to playing more nationally televised games this upcoming season," Tulsa Head Coach Danny Manning said. "This will give our university and program more visibility, and we are looking forward to continuing to build our program with national exposure."

Tulsa's home game against Wichita State on Nov. 20 will be televised by CBS Sports Network and begin at 7 p.m. The Hurricane will play at Creighton on Nov. 23 in a contest that will be televised by Fox Sports Net at 2:30 p.m.

The Golden Hurricane will play in the Carrs/Safeway Great Alaska Shootout from Nov. 27-30. TU's first round game against Indiana State will be televised by CBS SN, as will winner's bracket games throughout the tournament. TU and Indiana State will tip off at 10:30 p.m. CT on Nov. 27. With a first round win, Tulsa's remaining two games in the tournament will be televised.

Tulsa's non-conference road contest at Maryland on Dec. 29 will be televised on ESPNU and begin at 6 p.m. CT.

The Golden Hurricane opens Conference USA play with a pair of televised home matchups. The league opener against Tulane on Jan. 9 will begin at 8 p.m. and be televised by CSS. Tulsa's game against Southern Miss on Sunday, Jan. 12 will be a noon tipoff on Fox Sports 1. In addition, on Jan. 23 TU will play host to Middle Tennessee at 8 p.m. on FS1.

Road C-USA games at Marshall on Jan. 18 and Louisiana Tech on Feb. 6 will be televised by CBS SN. TU and Marshall will tipoff at 11 a.m. CT, while the Hurricane and Louisiana Tech will tipoff at 8 p.m. Tulsa's road game at Rice on Feb. 8 will be televised by CSS.
