Leading up to the start of basketball season, TulsaHurricane.com will feature each TU men's basketball player, as fans get to learn more about the 2013-14 edition of the Golden Hurricane.

Rashad Ray is a sophomore at Tulsa. The 5'11", 170-lb. guard from New Orleans, La., played in 31 games during his freshman season. He averaged 21.8 minutes off the bench, scoring 7.2 points, 2.5 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.0 steals per contest last year. He added 8.1 points and 2.9 rebounds in 14 Conference USA games. Ray scored in double figures 11 times, and put up his season high of 17 points and five steals, making 6-of-7 field goals against UAB.
