Tulsa Recruiting Coordinator Jess Loepp Talks About Each Golden Hurricane Signee

Eliot Allen * DE
He's a speed rush guy. He has great speed and a high motor. He's a guy that we expect to make a lot of plays, sacking the quarterback and things like that. We tried to offer him when we were here previously and we couldn't get him, so he went to junior college and we get him now. He's a big time speed rusher.

Curnelius Arnick • LB
He's a high motor guy and a very intense football player. He's a very athletic with good speed for his size. He's a guy that has played defensive end in the past so he'll have to make a little transition to line backer. In passing situations he's a guy you might see down on the line of scrimmage.

Tyree Bullock • CB
He's an athletic guy and a pretty good man cover guy. Possesses very good man skills, great feet and good hips. He's going to be great in man-to-man situations.

C. J. Chaten • WR
He's a guy that was a very good athlete for Dardenelle. He did it all, he played some receiver and some defensive back and he's a guy that could play both ways if he wanted to. We have him as a receiver, a guy that's going to be in the slot. A guy that can catch it and take it the distance at any time and make a lot of moves.

Genesis Cole • S
A guy that is kind of under the radar that we think is very, very underrated. He's a guy that we also looked at as playing receiver possibly. He is a striker, a big guy. He has a big frame, he's a guy that is going to be 6-1, 200 pounds and he's going to be a very good looking safety for us.

Ramarcus Dickerson • DT
He's a very raw, athletic defensive lineman. He's a kid that is going to grow and be a big, physical guy. He's a guy that is just raw. He has a lot of talent and we feel if we can get him lined up right and in the right places, he's going to make a lot of big plays.

Chris Ford • WR
He's a very talented receiver. He's an outside type receiver who goes up and gets the ball well and has good speed. He's also a return guy -- punt and kick return. He's a very talented guy who will come in and compete for playing time right away.

Wilson Holloway • OL
He's a very athletic guy who has actually played some tight end and some split receiver for Oklahoma Christian. He will come in and be a tremendous athlete. He'll probably have to wait a year. He's probably got some growing to do, learning and maturing. He'll be an athletic offensive lineman. He's going to have the size and the ability to be an all-conference, All-America type player.

Tyler Holmes • OL
He's a guy that is actually on campus now. I know they recruited him as an offensive lineman/defensive tackle out of Canada. A guy that has decent feet and he's a big, strong guy. He's a guy we'll expect to come in and compete for playing time.

Mike Johnson • QB
He's a tremendous leader with a good arm and good feet. He has the total package. His biggest attribute is his leadership abilities as a quarterback. He is going to be a good player for us. Another guy that I think is very underrated.

Trae Johnson • WR
He's kind of a slot guy. He played outside receiver for South Grand Prairie, but we'll look at him more as a slot guy with good speed. He's a vertical threat that gets down the field fast. He is able to stretch the field for us.

Charles Opeseyitan • RB
The one word with him is speed. The guy can run. He is going to be a good football player for us. He is someone also that we are looking to come in and have a chance to play. We have great running backs on campus, but he'll come in and get every opportunity to compete.

Darrell Pasco • CB
He will play. He will have every opportunity to play. He has great feet and hips. He's an awesome man-to-man cover guy that can shut people down. He's a very, very good cover corner.

Odrick Ray • DE
He is an athletic defensive end/tight end that could play both ways for us if he wanted to. He's a tremendous athlete with excellent skill. His potential is through the roof. When he leaves here, people will know who he is. He's going to be a fun guy to watch.

Aaron Ringle • OL
He has good feet and quickness. For an offensive lineman with decent size, he has unbelievable feet. He's a guy that has a little nastiness to him, which is what you want on the offensive line. He'll be a guy we look to develop, and won't necessarily come in and play right away but could.

Rashad Robinson • LB
He's just a great athlete. He's a guy that plays defensive line or line backer. He's 6-1, 230 and he runs on the sprint relay at a 5A school in Texas. He can definitely run. He is a great get for us, another guy that we thought was highly underrated. He'll come in and have a chance to play.

Ken Sims • LB
He's a tough and physical inside linebacker that will knock the tar out of you. He's a great hitter with great instincts. He's a pure linebacker all the way. He plays with his eyes well and plays with his hands well.

Reid Singleton • CB
He's another cover corner that does a lot of good things. He has good speed. He's a guy that is very coachable and has a good knowledge of the game. He understands football and will be a great football player for us. He'll have a chance to come in and compete for playing time.

Wayne Thompson • DL
He played for the state championship team at Cedar Hill and was one of their stars. He was one of the best players on their defensive front. He makes a lot of plays harassing the quarterback. He's a run plugger up the middle that is one of those guys that you can't move. You have to double-team him.

Tory Tyner • CB
Another guy that we feel is highly underrated. He's a tall athlete that played cornerback at 6-1. He shut people down and is a very athletic corner. He also could play several positions for us, safety or corner. He can pretty much do what he wants to do. He's going to be a name that you hear a lot of in the future.

Jacoby Veals • DL
When he came on his visit I'd never met someone so fun and so excited about life as him. He's a guy with a great motor that will get after you. He's a tough player that has a lot of fun playing the game. You can tell he enjoys it and he's going to play every play hard. He's very strong and very physical, with good upper body strength. He'll be a guy that will come in and push for playing time.

A. J. Whitmore • WR
He's probably one of our best gets. He is an athlete that can play receiver or quarterback. A guy from Nashville, Ark., that played on a state championship team. He's a fast guy that can do everything. He will get the ball and you will see him. He will play this year.

Brandon Washington • OL
He's a huge beast. He's a big guy that has to get in shape. He's a guy that will come in and we expect to play and push for playing time because he is a strong, physical guy.

Dion Toliver • WR
Another guy we expect to come in and compete for playing time. In the offense we're going to run he's a guy we hope can stretch the field and be an asset for us on the outside.
