Tulsa, Oklahoma - The University of Tulsa football coaching staff welcomed a total of 105 players this weekend, including 73 returning players and 32 newcomers. Among the newcomers 19 are scholarship players and 12 are walk-ons.

Newcomers reported to campus on Saturday, while the varsity returned on Sunday.

Practice will begin on Monday with the newcomers participating in a morning session workout and the returning varsity players practicing in the evening. All preseason camp practice sessions are closed to the public.

"We're very excited. Coach Griswold (strength coach) did a great job getting the guys ready this summer. We're in the best physical condition that we've ever been in as a program," said Head Coach Todd Graham. "The expectations are high and our kids are excited. We can ready to get started."
