This is the eighth and final opponent spotlight in a series of interviews with American Athletic Conference head football coaches who will lead their teams against the Tulsa Golden Hurricane this season. Today's interview features Tulane Head Coach CJ Johnson.

Tulsa and Tulane kick-off the 2014 season this week with 7 pm Thursday night game at Tulsa's H.A. Chapman Stadium.

Tulsa leads the series 8-2 and won eight straight games before dropping a 14-7 decision last year. Tulane finished the 2013 season with a 7-6 record, improving by five wins in Curtis Johnson's second year leading the Green Wave.

 

 

Tulane returns 48 lettermen and 14 starters.
