Since the opening of the Donald W. Reynolds Center in 1998, Tulsa�s athletic facilities have undergone a major facelift. New facilities include the Michael D. Case Tennis Center, the Collins Family Softball Complex, the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium, the J. Bird Sr. Shell Nest, the Jack Zink Indoor Rowing Center, the Case Athletic Complex and major renovation to H.A. Chapman Stadium.

TU is 75th among national doctoral universities in U. S. News & World Report's 2012 edition of America's Best Colleges. TU's 2011 freshman class had a mean cumulative grade point average of 3.8, and 74 percent graduated in the top 10 percent of their high school classes. Their average ACT was 28.

Conference USA Announces Academic Medal Winners

Hurricane has 61 student-athletes recognized

Tulsa - has played in 14 career tournaments ... played in all four tournaments in Fall 2010 and posted a 74.3 stroke average ... best finish was T-17th at the Memphis Intercollegiate, and posted his best round of 70 at the Wolf Run Intercollegiate ... as a freshman, played in 10 of 11 tournaments . . . had a 75.7 stroke average in 30 rounds . . . had a season-best round of three-under par 69 in the second round of the Louisiana Classic.

Other - All-state golfer at Enid High School ... finished in the top five at the Oklahoma State Championships all four years ... finished in the top 10 in 30 tournaments in high school ... posted a 72.1 stroke average as a senior ... at AJGA events: placed second at the Valero Texas Open; placed fourth at the Payne Stewart Junior Championship.
