Tulsa Men Golfers Finish in 10th Place at The Woodlands All-American

The Woodlands, Texas - Freshman Matt Mabrey finished in 10th place with a three-under par score of 213, while the Hurricane finished the team race in 10th place at The Woodlands All-American Intercollegiate on Tuesday afternoon.
The Tulsa team carded a final round 294 to finish the 54-hole tournament at the par-72 The Woodlands Country Club course with a total score of 873.
Arkansas captured the team championship with a 23-under par score of 841 narrowly finishing ahead of second place North Texas by one stroke. North Texas shot a total score of 842 and was followed by Texas A&M (845), SMU (857) and Baylor (861) rounding out the top-5 teams.
Tulsa senior Chris Worrell finished in 29th place after shooting a final round 75 for a two-over par 218 total, while fellow junior Mark Mumford had a 220 total for 42nd place after turning in Tulsa's second best individual round of the day with an even par 72.
Tulsa will in action next at the Conference USA Championships, April 22-24, at the Texarkana Country Club in Texarkana, Arkansas.
