Tulsa Men's Golf Team in Sixth Place at Baylor Intercollegiate

Dallas, Texas - The Tulsa men's golf team sits in a four-way tie for sixth place at the Baylor Intercollegiate at the Royal Oaks Country Club in Dallas, Texas. Heavy rains forced play to be suspended mid-way through the second round, which will be continued on Tuesday followed by the final round. Ninth-ranked Texas A&M leads the field with a two-over par 286, followed by 44th-ranked New Mexico with a 291 score and 39th-ranked Iowa one stroke back with a 292. Fourth-ranked Texas and 43rd-ranked Baylor are tied for fourth place with 297 totals. Arie Fauzi leads the Golden Hurricane with a one-over par 72, while Rob Laird, Andre' Tourinho and Mark Mumford are tied for 33rd place with 76 scores. Chris Worrell is four strokes back in 60th place with an 80. New Mexico's John Catlin is in first place in the individual race with a two-under par 69 total, while Baylor's Joakim Mikkelsen and Texas A&M's Andrea Pavan are tied for second place with 70 scores.
