Indianapolis, Indiana - The University of Tulsa men's golf team will be making its 23rd appearance in 25 years of NCAA Regional competition under Head Coach Bill Brogden. The Hurricane will compete at the NCAA Fayetteville Regional, May 16-18, in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

The tournament will be held at The Blessings Golf Club and plays 7,527 yards from the back tees with a par of 72. The course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., ASGCA and opened in 2004.

Tulsa has advanced to regional play in all but two seasons (1993, 2008) since the regional format was instituted in 1989.

Thirteen teams and ten individuals not on those teams will compete at each of three regional tournaments, while the other three regional events will have 14 teams and five individuals not on those teams. The low five teams and the low individual not on those teams from each regional will advance to the NCAA Finals.

Tulsa will be competing against Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma State, SMU, Kent State, Illinois, Liberty, Kentucky, Colorado, Indiana, UNC-Wilmington, UMKC and Alabama State for one of the five spots that advances to the NCAA Finals.

The finals will be conducted May 28-June 2, at The Capital City Club, Crabapple Course in Atlanta, Georgia.
