Since the opening of the Donald W. Reynolds Center in 1998, Tulsa�s athletic facilities have undergone a major facelift. New facilities include the Michael D. Case Tennis Center, the Collins Family Softball Complex, the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium, the J. Bird Sr. Shell Nest, the Jack Zink Indoor Rowing Center, the Case Athletic Complex and major renovation to H.A. Chapman Stadium.

TU is 75th among national doctoral universities in U. S. News & World Report's 2012 edition of America's Best Colleges. TU's 2011 freshman class had a mean cumulative grade point average of 3.8, and 74 percent graduated in the top 10 percent of their high school classes. Their average ACT was 28.

Tulsa Men's Soccer Team Falls to Kentucky, 3-1

TULSA - A three-year letterwinner . . . has started in 54 of 58 games . . . has two goals and eight assists for 12 points.

JUNIOR (2011) - Started 16 of 17 games . . . picked up an assist against Oakland . . . attempted four shots, two of which were on goal . . . was named to the SMU Classic All-Tournament team . . . helped post a shutout over Loyola Marymount.

SOPHOMORE (2010) - Started 19 of 20 games . . . scored a goal against Saint Louis and FIU . . . earned an assist against Western Illinois, Missouri State and Kentucky . . . attempted 21 shots, 11 of which were on goal from his defender position . . . helped post shutouts over Western Illinois, SIU-Edwardsville, UAB and Kentucky.

FRESHMAN (2009) - Started 19 of 21 games played . . . earned an assist against UAB, SMU and Marshall in the regular season, and then against Marshall in the C-USA Championship game . . . was instrumental in TU posting shutouts over Missouri State, Northern Illinois, Kentucky, Memphis, Marshall and Northwestern on the season . . . was named to the College Soccer News Top-100 Freshmen to Watch List . . . was selected as TU's "Man of the Match" against Seattle and Akron.

PRIOR TO TULSA - Was a three-year letterwinner at Clements High School, and earned a letter at Jenks High School in Oklahoma as a freshman . . . scored 73 goals and had 40 assists for 186 career points . . . was the CHS leading scorer all three seasons . . . scored 20 goals and had 14 assists as a senior . . . selected as the District 23/5A Most Valuable Player as a senior . . . earned all-district, all-region and all-state first team accolades in 2009 . . . received first-team all-district and all-region honors as a sophomore and junior . . . led his CHS team to three district championships . . . was named to the 2008 All-Greater Houston first team . . . was the 2007 District Newcomer of the Year . . . as a freshman, led JHS to the Oklahoma Class 6A State Championship.
