Since the opening of the Donald W. Reynolds Center in 1998, Tulsa’s athletic facilities have undergone a major facelift. New facilities include the Michael D. Case Tennis Center, the Collins Family Softball Complex, the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium, the J. Bird Sr. Shell Nest, the Jack Zink Indoor Rowing Center, the Case Athletic Complex and major renovation to H.A. Chapman Stadium.
TU is 75th among national doctoral universities in U. S. News & World Report's 2012 edition of America's Best Colleges. TU's 2011 freshman class had a mean cumulative grade point average of 3.8, and 74 percent graduated in the top 10 percent of their high school classes. Their average ACT was 28.

TULSA - A three-year letterwinner . . . has started in 31 of 46 career games . . . has six goals and three assists for 15 points.
JUNIOR (2012) - Started in 14 of 18 games . . . scored a goal against South Carolina and UAB, and the game-winning goal against Marshall . . . picked up assists against Oakland, South Carolina and Creighton . . . attempted 16 shots, nine of which were on goal . . . was named as the C-USA Offensive Player of the Week on Oct. 1 . . . was selected as TU's "Man of the Match" against UAB.
SOPHOMORE (2011) - Started in nine of 12 games . . . scored a goal against Green Bay . . . attempted 22 shots, eight of which were on goal . . . was named as TU's "Man of the Match" against Washington.
RED-SHIRT FRESHMAN (2010) - Started in eight of 14 games played . . . scored his first career goal against UCF and had the game-winning goal against Bradley . . . attempted nine shots, five of which were on goal . . . selected as TU's "Man of the Match" against Bradley.
FRESHMAN (2009) - Earned playing time against Missouri State and Seattle . . . attempted two shots, one of which was on goal . . . received a medical hardship waiver.
PRIOR TO TULSA - Was a three-year letterwinner at Norwalk Senior High School . . . graduated early and did not play his senior season . . . scored 46 goals and had 22 assists for 114 career points . . . helped his NSHS team capture the Iowa Class 3A State Championship as a sophomore, and finished as the runner-up as a freshman and junior . . . was a three-time first-team all-conference and all-state tournament team selection . . . served as the team captain for his junior campaign . . . helped his Des Moines Menace club team claim the State Cup Championship three times . . . was a member of the 2007 Super Y-League ODP National Team . . . was a member of the Olympic Development Program from 2000 to 2005.
PERSONAL - An energy management and finance major . . . born October 1, 1990 . . . son of Bill and Angie Cumings . . . was named to the Tulsa Athletic Director's Honor Roll and was a C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll recipient as a true freshman, red-shirt freshman, sophomore and junior.
