Dallas, Texas - The University of Tulsa men's soccer team dropped a 3-0 decision to 29th-ranked Brown on Friday evening at the SMU Mi Cocina Classic in Dallas, Texas. TU owns a 2-2 record this season.

The Golden Hurricane held the Brown Bears scoreless in the first 45 minutes of play, as junior goalkeeper Dominic Cervi recorded three saves in the first period. TU also attacked the ball well throughout the game as they took 12 shots, seven of which were on goal.

"We had some mistakes and Brown capitalized on them," Head Coach Tom McIntosh said. "They deserve credit; they played well and punished us for our mistakes."

The Golden Hurricane will take on ninth-ranked Indiana on Saturday, September 9th beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the SMU Mi Cocina Classic.
