Tulsa, Oklahoma - The Tulsa men's soccer team will host 11th-ranked Creighton on Tuesday, Sept. 25th beginning at 7:00 pm at the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the north ticket gate, while all youth (under 8th grade) wearing a soccer jersey get in free.

The Golden Hurricane is off to a 5-3 start, including a 3-1 mark at home. TU ranks eighth in total goals (22), 13th in scoring offense (2.75 gpg), 13th in total points (60) and 26th in total assists (16), according to the latest NCAA Statistics.

Freshman Cristian Mata has a team-leading six goals and 13 points, while sophomore-transfer Akeil Barrett and freshman Bryce Follensbee have five goals apiece. Senior-transfer Mark Pais has logged 717 minutes in goal, recorded 25 saves and has three shutouts this season.

In Tulsa's eight contests, the underclassmen make up 64-percent of the starting line-up, while juniors are accounting for just 11-percent and seniors 25-percent. The average starting lineup consists of three freshmen, four sophomores, one junior and three seniors.

The Bluejays have a 5-2-1 overall record, but dropped a 3-1 decision to Saint Louis in their last outing. Creighton has scored just 13 goals this season, while allowing eight, and have not beat a ranked opponent.

Creighton a 15-8-2 advantage in the series with Tulsa.
