Irving, Texas - Tulsa forward Cristian Mata was named as the Conference USA Offensive Player of the Week, as announced today by the league office. This was Mata's second career accolade as he was also selected on September 24th. "Obviously I am very pleased for Cristian," Head Coach Tom McIntosh said. He posted a team-best seven shots, and added one goal and two assists to lead the Golden Hurricane to a 5-2 win over Nebraska Omaha, and scored a goal and had a team-leading four shots against Memphis.
