Gordon and Kirby fall in the second round of the Saint Francis ITA All-American

TULSA, Okla. - Chase Gordon and Matthew Kirby fall in the second round of the pre-qualifying round of the Saint Francis ITA All-American on Sunday afternoon at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.
Kirby fell to South Carolina's Sam Swank 3-6, 6-2, 7-5 in the second round on Sunday. Kirby defeated Mississippi's Vinod Gowda in the first round on Saturday.
Gordon fell to University of Nevada's Andrew Poustie 6-3 7-5 on Sunday. Gordon received a bye in the first round.
TU has three men's tennis players in the qualifying round that start on Monday. Dylan McCloskey faces VCU's Alexis Heugas at 11:30 a.m. at Michael D. Case Tennis Center. Alejandro Espejo faces Utah's Slim Hamza and Carlos Bautista faces BYU's Francis Sargeant at 1:30 p.m. at Michael D. Case Tennis Center.
