Three Men's Tennis Players Fall at the Saint Francis ITA All-American

TULSA,Okla. - Three University of Tulsa men's tennis players fell in the first round of the qualifying round of the Saint Francis ITA All-American on Monday at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.
Dylan McCloskey fell to the No. 7 ranked qualify singles Alexis Heugas of VCU 6-4, 6-4 in the first round of the qualifying round on Monday.
Alejandro Espejo fell to the No. 29 ranked qualify singles Slim Hamza of Utah 6-3, 6-7 (3), 6-4 in the first round of the qualifying round on Monday.
Carlos Bautista fell to BYU's Francis Sargeant 6-4, 6-2 in the first round of the qualifying round on Monday.
TU has three doubles team playing in the qualifying round that starts on Tuesday. The doubles partner of Bautista and Daniel Santos play against Marcos Giron and Mackenzie McDonald of UCLA at 9 a.m. at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.
Cliff Marsland and McCloskey received a bye into the second round and ranked as the No. 14 doubles in the qualifying round. Japie De Klerk and Espejo also received a first round bye.
