Tulsa, Okla. - The University of Tulsa's women's tennis team moved up 16 spots in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) team rankings from No. 64 to No. 48. The men's team remains ranked eighth nationally after capturing the 2008 Blue / Gray Championship.

In singles rankings, junior Aranu Brugues moved up 23 spots from No. 41 to No. 18 after three victories over ranked opponents at the Blue / Gray Classic.
