Tulsa Hosts Weekend Tilt Against Tulane, North Carolina State: On Friday, March 30, TU squares off against 43rd-ranked Tulane (7-7) at 4:00 p.m. at the Harwell Tennis Courts. A year ago in New Orleans, TU fell to the then 41st-ranked Green Wave, 4-2. The following day, Saturday, March 31, Tulsa returns to the Harwell Courts against the North Carolina State Wolf Pack (6-5) at 1:00 p.m.
Monk Named WAC Player of the Week: Monk claimed a three-set decision over New Mexico State's Ludo Barthe. After dropping the first set, 1-6, Monk rallied to sweep the second and third sets, 6-3, 7-6. A day later, Monk faced a similar scenario, down 3-6 in the first only to storm back, 6-3, 6-2, to defeat Leslie Eisinga of UNLV.
McGregor Remains Among Nation's Top Singles Players:

Hurricane Notes: Tulsa is ranked third among Region V teams in this week's ITA Regional rankings. Ahead of the Hurricane is Oklahoma State and Indiana State. Five TU players are ranked among the region's top-30 players, including junior Pawel Sebastyanski (Wroclaw, Poland) (#8), Dane McGregor (#10), Sean Monk (#22), sophomore Steve Timperley (Durban, South Africa) (#28) and Shriranga Sudhakara (#29). Sean Monk leads Tulsa in singles wins with 19, while Dane McGregor and senior Micah Zomer (Tulsa, Okla.) are second, each with 18 victories.
Dane McGregor and Sean Monk have recorded a combined dual mark of 27-3 at the No. 2 and No. 6 positions, respectively.
