Tulsa Head to LSU for NCAA Regional

Baton Rouge, La. - The University of Tulsa's men's tennis team (19-6) will be in Baton Rouge, La., making its ninth appearance in the NCAA Division I Men's Tennis Championship where it will face Vanderbilt in the first round on May 11 at 1 p.m.
LSU will serve as the host for the first and second round matchups for the region that consists of Tulsa, Vanderbilt, LSU and Alcorn State.
In the other first round matchup, LSU will take on Alcorn State at 10 a.m.
All matches will be played at the W. T. "Dub" Robinson Tennis Stadium on the LSU campus.
TU enters the tournament as the back-to-back Conference USA champions and sporting a 19-6 record. The Hurricane played a grueling schedule with all but four of the teams on it making it into the national rankings, making Tulsa earn its No. 18 ranking.
Vanderbilt enters as the No. 45 team in the country, carrying a 10-12 record.
Tulsa is led by No. 7 Arnau Brugues, who finished the season with a 28-6 record and a slew of C-USA honors, including C-USA Player of the Year.
TU is led in doubles by the No. 41 duo of Diego Camacho and Ross Cunningham. Camacho and Cunningham were selected as an all-conference doubles team and were named the Outstanding Doubles Team of the Tournament following the C-USA Championship.
