Tulsa, Okla. - University of Tulsa junior tennis All-American Japie De Klerk finished the year ranked No. 24 nationally, while fellow junior Clifford Marsland earned the nation's 48th rank, according to the ITA Division I National Tennis Rankings.

The Tulsa team finished the season as the 25th ranked team in the nation after advancing to the NCAA Tournament for the eighth straight year.

De Klerk finished the season with a 25-12 ledger, including 14 of his 25 victories coming against ranked opponents. He ended his season winning nine of his final 10 matches as he advanced to the semifinals of the NCAA Singles Championship, losing to eventual champion Blaz Rola of Ohio State.

Marsland ended his season with a 21-6 record as five of those wins came against ranked opponents.
