Kara Vaughan is in her third season as Graduate Manager with the women's basketball team.
Vaughan was a four-year basketball letterwinner at Tulsa from 2007-11, starting in 61 of 96 games played. She averaged 6.7 points and 4.1 rebounds, while posting 21 career double-digit scoring games, and concluded her career ranking sixth on Tulsa's career chart with 103 three-point baskets.
Vaughan played at Norman High School as a senior where she was coached by current Tulsa Head Coach Matilda Mossman.
Vaughan earned her bachelor's degree in exercise and sports science from Tulsa in December 2010. She is currently working on her master's degree in education.
