Director of Player Development/Team Manager

Kelley Waters is in her second year as the director of player development/team manager for women's basketball.

Waters came to Tulsa following six years as assistant girls' basketball coach at Shiloh Christian School in Springdale, Arkansas, working with grades 7-12. During her tenure, the varsity team compiled a six-year record of 164-36, made six state tournament appearances, won three regional championships, three conference titles and two Class 4A state championships in 2009 and 2011.

Before that, Waters spent four seasons as the Director of Basketball Operations for the University of Arkansas women's basketball program. The Lady Razorbacks made two NCAA Tournament appearances (2002, 2003) and one NIT appearance (2001) during her tenure.

In 1997, Waters began a two-year graduate assistantship with the Hardin-Simmons University women's basketball program.

Waters has also held positions in television, Fayetteville (Ark.) Public Schools and as a communications intern with the LPGA and communications coordinator with the Northern Texas Section of the Professional Golfers' Association of America.

A 1993 graduate of TCU, Waters earned her bachelor's degree in television production with a minor in art. She received her master's degree in sports & recreation management from Hardin-Simmons in 1999.
