SAN ANTONIO, Texas (AP) -RaShonta LeBlanc scored 15 points, including two 3-pointers right after halftime, and No. 9 LSU went on to a 61-37 victory over Tulsa in the UT-San Antonio Thanksgiving Classic on Friday.

The Lady Tigers (6-1) scored the first 26 points after the break to lead 49-14. The game-turning run began with four straight 3-pointers, two by LeBlanc.

The score was tied 8-8 midway through the first half when LeBlanc put LSU ahead to stay with two free throws that started a 9-0 run. LeBlanc then had a steal that she turned into a 3-pointer for the Lady Tigers, who led 23-14 at halftime.

Tulsa (2-2) converted a three-point play in the game's final minute to reach 37 points, only one more than the team's all-time low of 36. Jamie Dreiling led Tulsa with seven points.

LSU's leading scorer, 6-foot-6 junior center Sylvia Fowles, was plagued by foul trouble and scored only five points, all after halftime. She had three rebounds, nearly seven below her season average.
