The Tulsa women's basketball team will play host to 25th-ranked Middle Tennessee on Saturday, February 1st beginning at 12:30 pm at the Donald W. Reynolds Center. Tickets for the contest are $5 and can be purchased at the Reynolds Center ticket office.

The TU women's game is the first in a double-header as the men take on North Texas at approximately 3:00 pm.

The TU-MTSU game is National Women's and Girls in Sports Day and will feature a NWGSD recognition at halftime.

The Golden Hurricane enters the contest with a 10-7 overall record and a 4-2 mark in Conference USA. TU has picked up three-straight wins, including road victories over Marshall and North Texas, and a home win over FIU. In those three contests, TU is averaging a 13-point victory, and in the last two TU has won by an average of 17 points.

Sophomore Ashley Clark has a team-leading 14.6 points per game, followed by Kelsee Grovey (12.1) and Mariah Turner (10.3). Clark also has a team-best 6.8 rebounds per game, 59 assists and 32 steals, while Grovey has 54 assists and 22 steals. Kadan Brady has 20 steals, and Stevi Parker has 17 steals and nine blocks.

Middle Tennessee is off to a 17-3 start, including a perfect 6-0 mark in Conference USA, and are on a 16-game winning streak. The Blue Raiders are led by Ebony Rowe with 22.0 points per game and 11.6 rebounds per game, while KeKe Stewart is the second-leading scorer with 9.2 points per game. Olivia Jones has a team-best 54 steals, Shanice Cason has 53 assists and Rowe has 17 blocks.

This will be the first meeting between the Golden Hurricane and the Blue Raiders on the women's basketball court.
