A Day in the Life of Kadan Brady

My weekly routines are pretty consistent throughout the summer, which I don't mind at all because I love it when my weeks are organized.

Monday morning comes bright and early as we wake up at 5:30 am. My roommate Mariah and I take turns driving as we head to our strength training workouts where we usually lift and perform speed and agility drills.

After weights the team heads to breakfast at the cafeteria. For breakfast I usually eat yogurt and granola with a hard-boiled egg. After weights Mariah and I head back to our apartment to get ready for class. My class is M-F 8:30-10:10. After class I usually go to Case and work on a few papers. After finishing up some homework I'll grab a bite of lunch and then either take a nap, go to the pool, or go to the gym with Mariah. If you haven't noticed, Mariah and I spend a lot of time together. We're best friends. She might not know it, but after reading this I'm sure she will!

My MWF schedule is the exact same, but on Tuesdays and Thursday's I'm able to sleep in until 8am grab a bite to eat at the cafeteria and then head to class. After class I usually go to the Collins Fitness Center to run and shoot on my own. After that, I head back to my apartment and usually take a nap and wait until it's time to play pick up. The week is busy but it keeps things consistent and allows us to stay ahead in our classes. I've enjoyed my summer here in Tulsa; I can't believe it's my last one!
