Tulsa Women Golfers in 12th Place at the PING ASU Invitational

Tempe, Arizona - The Tulsa women's golf team is in 12th place after two rounds at par-72 PING ASU Invitational. The Hurricane carded a second identical round of 305 on Saturday and has a 610 total in the 17-team field that includes 10 of the nation's top-15 ranked teams.
Tulsa junior Michaela Cavener shot a one-over par 73 on Saturday and sits in 14th place with a one-over par 145 total. Fellow junior Leisl Hasbrouck shot a round of 77 for a 152 score and is in a 42nd place tie. Junior Tara Goedeken had Tulsa's second-best round of the day with a four-over par 76 and her score of 154 is good for 50th place.
Host Arizona State continues to lead the tournament with an 11-under par 565 after carding an eight-under par 280 today. Vanderbilt is 16 strokes back in second place with a 581 total, followed by Texas A&M at 583, UCLA (584) and Stanford (589) to round out the top-five teams.
Individually, Arizona State's Jennifer Osborn has a one-stroke lead with a 136 total over Stanford's Mari Chun's 137. Both golfers carded a second round six-under par 66 on Saturday.
The final 18 holes will take place on Sunday.
