The University of Tulsa women's golf team, fresh off of a second-place performance at the Topy Cup in Tanagura, Japan, will be back in action this week at the 22nd Annual Comcast Dick McGuire Invitational in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The 18-team field will play the par-73 University of New Mexico Championship Course. Defending tournament champion as well as the defending national titliest Arizona heads the field. The tournament begins Thursday with 18 holes and continues through Saturday, Sept. 21-23.

The sixth-ranked Hurricane is led by two-time All-American and the nation's third-ranked player Stacy Prammanasudh. The junior has 22 career top-20 finishes in 23 tournaments. She placed ninth at the Topy Cup earlier this month.

A pair of freshmen, Suzie Fisher and Julie Tvede, will look to duplicate their first collegiate tournament performance. The duo placed fourth and fifth at the Topy Cup, as Fisher scored a 10-over par 226, followed by Tvede's 227 54-hole total.

Tulsa has competed at the Dick McGuire event 12 times and has won the team title on three occasions. Tulsa's last appearance was in 1998 when the Hurricane placed third.
